Last day of fun in NJ. Some of my rad coworkers and I took pics before I left. Just realized they are both red heads. Brunette in the middle lol...sounds like a bad tv show.

Day 28: January 28, 2010

Looking at the snow out of the window in NJ.

Day 27: January 27, 2010

Other than my random trips to NYC when I had time I felt like it was just sleep, work and eat. There is an ecuadorian place near the plant that has great food for cheap. yum.

Day 25: January 25, 2010

This bakery apparently was featured on Sex and the City for their cupcakes. I didn't eat a cupcake but their red velvet cheesecake was heavenly.

Day 24: January 24, 2010

I have no idea what this building is, or exactly where in NYC it was, but it looked cool. I was walking around NYC again, this time with a coworker, and we were looking for authentic New York style bagels. She really wanted one and it turned into more of an adventure that we had planned but she got one. We finally found the bagels she was looking for at Milk and Honey which was off of W 45th...I think. Anyways, today was an exciting day. I saw where Letterman films, went to NBC studios, Rockafellar Center, the Empire State Building, Central Park, found a pair of shoes, and went to Magnolia Bakery which is supposed to make amazing cupcakes. I haven't tried the cupcake yet but their red velvet cheesecake was amazing.

Day 23: January 23, 2010

I went to NYC on Saturday night to go to the Rockwood Music Hall to see Colin Smith...or anyone really. I was bored and spending the night in NYC sounded a lot more exciting than staying in Morristown NJ. And was it..heck yes it was. I had an amazing time. This was a picture I stopped to take on the walk back to Penn Station. I'm pretty sure I pulled a muscle walking back but all is good. I will survive.

Day 22: January 22, 2010

So I have been to Morristown NJ many times this past year and every time I get near the hotel I see this sculpture. Actually, everytime it scares the crap out of me because it catches me off guard. Anyways, I finally found out what it is all about. Apparently Morristown is home to the very first seeing eye dog school in the country. It was founded here in 1929. That's pretty cool huh? I think I may have to find out more about this place.

Day 21: January 21, 2010

Right before midnight I was listening to music on my iPhone and realized I did not take a picture yet so I took one of the thing that represented my day the best. What I was listening to at that moment in time, which was what I was also listening to pretty much all day. I love Howie's cd and have been listening to it almost non-stop. So so good.

Day 20: January 20, 2010

These are my New Jersey shoes. Shiny zebra print. How more awesome could you get? I mean, really? Actually I bought these because I thought they were cute and I like shiny shoes but everyone is now calling them my NJ shoes because I bought them before this trip and well..you know they are stereotyping. lol Anyways, they are super comfy and were inexpensive...and I love them. Go Target! lol

Can you tell I'm running out of ideas?

Day 19: January 19, 2010

So they built out a new section of the building at our facility in NJ and took out all the tables, chairs, and kuzies (sp?) from the hallways so its really empty. Its also a pretty long walk to the new area as well. Oh well, at least I get a work out a few times a day making this walk.

Day 18: January 18, 2009

This is home for the next two weeks. Hyatt in New Jersey. Lovely huh? I seriously have stayed here at least once a month since September. At least its comfortable. Now if only they would quit effing up my reservations all would be good.
